1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OdaHR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OdaHR is a cloud-based human resource management system that provides employee management, leave management, payroll processing, and company announcements. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free & Paid Plans

  • The Free plan supports up to 3 employees at no cost, with no time limit.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan may require reducing the number of active employees.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into OdaHR. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input, including employee personal information.

6. Account Deletion

  • You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.
  • Upon deletion, your account and company data will be deactivated.
  • Deleted data is retained for a limited period for administrative and legal purposes.
  • You may register again with the same email address after account deletion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

OdaHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
