• Employee Data: Employee names, contact information, employment details, salary information, and leave records that you enter into the system.

• Google Account Data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is soft-deleted and retained for a limited period for administrative purposes, after which it will be permanently removed. You can request immediate permanent deletion by contacting us.
